VLS offers one-machine laundry booths franchises to carefully selected and trained low-income entrepreneurs. Operating under the trade name Chamak, it offers affordable and high quality washing, drying, and ironing services. Chamak booths use high-quality and modern washing methods such as use of premium quality detergents and high-efficiency, eco-friendly front-loading washing machines to provide a superior wash product to our customers. This service is especially useful for people who desire better cleaning but either don’t have the facility or the financial affordability, these are typically students, young adults or lower income families, VLS currently has 15 booths in operation in Bangalore.

Position reports to: Area Manager
Roles & Responsibilities / KRA:: Run the Chamak booth operator including washing, drying and ironing of clothes. Collect money from customers and be trust-worthy. Ensure that the collections can be reconciled with the sale at the end of every day. Articulate enough to be able to inform customers about the Chamak services and price
Mandatory Skills: Able to SMS on mobile and able to read/ write English Fluent in Kannada/ Hindi
Number of People Required: As and when required
Work Timings: 8:30 AM – 8:00PM Night Shift Allowance: None Transport to work site provided: - No	Provision of Food: No Salary: Rs. 4500 gross Incentive: Based on performance (usually Rs. 2000pm) Employee Insurance, Provident Fund provided Conveyance: None Mobile: Yes (actual for official use) Location restriction: Bangalore/Mysore Two Wheeler Required (Y/N): N
